Part 3: ReO “Evolution” in the context of BoP / non-critical condition monitoring
During this webinar, Dr. Peter Kytka, Global Sales Specialist, will explain the evolutionary steps of B&K Vibro’ s state of the art “Report & Route Manager (ReO)” software in the context of future “Balance of Plant (BoP)” machine condition monitoring (CM) - Offline vs. Online. Which is the best approach?

Digitalization (IoT, Cloud solutions, etc.) is reducing the cost of online monitoring equipment, whilst simultaneously increasing its capabilities. With the exception of simplest machinery, where Handhelds may still be used for the foreseeable future, online CM approaches - such as our VCM-3 - are increasingly becoming a cost-effective monitoring alternative for non-critical and BoP machinery. Our simple and intuitive ReO software (offline) platform has been enhanced with further developments, which include the “connection” of our new VIBOSTORE 100 (VST-100) low cost / low entry data collector – to be released soon! During this webinar, an exclusive, pre-release live demonstration of the new ReO software will be given.

After discussing future BoP CM approaches briefly Peter will give an introduction and live demo of “ReO evolution” in terms of adding features in general as well as new implemented features with the upcoming ReO software release. In particular, the configuration of measurement points and data analysis for the VST-100 will be shown, underlining the intuitive handling. As usual a Q&A session gives you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss your applications – with the answers being demonstrated live in the ReO software.

Peter has been at the forefront of BoP applications and instrument technologies for the past 10 years, has studied this topic extensively and was awarded a PHD in mechanical engineering for his thesis “Robust Control Concepts applied to flexible mechanical structures“.
